PropTech B2B Platform, Hardware Installation App for Trade Contractors
Trade contractors were completing only 12 jobs per week - significantly below expectations and directly impacting their earnings. Through user research and data analysis, we discovered workflow inefficiencies in the mobile app were causing contractors to take 14 minutes per job instead of the expected 7-8 minutes.
PropTech B2B Platform, Systems Design and UX for New Commercial Model
Designed and launched a new commercial service model requiring coordination across three stakeholder groups - property managers, Customer Success teams, and internal operations. The challenge was creating workflows that balanced the needs of all parties while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Consumer Food-Tech Platform, Dual-Sided Marketplace
Co-founded and led product development for a dual-sided food delivery platform connecting local restaurants with business park customers. Through MVP validation, data-driven iteration, and strategic feature development (reorder, meal combos, rewards), scaled from 1 to 5 locations serving 20-40 orders per day per location.
B2C Property Services Platform, Mid-Project Engagement
Brought in mid-project to rescue a struggling tradie marketplace platform. Despite successfully advocating for user research with 12 participants and uncovering critical insights (users wanted curation, not choice), strategic misalignment and launch pressure led to platform shutdown. Key learnings about stakeholder management, research timing, and knowing when to push back harder.
Personal Project, End-to-End Product & UI Design
Trackkn helps homeowners and social or community housing providers keep track of everything they own and look after across their properties. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, paper records, and scattered photos, users record each property, the rooms inside it, and the individual assets within those rooms (appliances, fixtures, furniture, and the like), then run inspections with photo evidence and stay on top of utility bills.
For organisations managing many properties, Trackkn gives a single trusted source of truth for what is where, what condition it is in, and when it was last checked, so handovers, compliance, and maintenance decisions stop being guesswork. Multiple organisations can use the platform side by side without ever seeing each other's data, which makes it suitable for landlords, housing associations, and property managers who need both privacy and a shared way of working across their teams.
Designed in Figma as an exercise in shaping a complete product surface from scratch, including information architecture, multi-tenant data models, and UI patterns. The work balances data density and scannable tables for power users managing hundreds of assets with progressive disclosure on detail screens for occasional updates and inspections in the field.

Note: These case studies focus on demonstrating my thinking, process, and decision-making approach. While the actual product designs and implementations remain proprietary, the emphasis here is on how I frame problems, conduct research, make strategic decisions, and measure success.
