Trade contractors were completing only 12 jobs per week - significantly below expectations and directly impacting their earnings. Through user research and data analysis, we discovered workflow inefficiencies in the mobile app were causing contractors to take 14 minutes per job instead of the expected 7-8 minutes.

Designed and launched a new commercial service model requiring coordination across three stakeholder groups - property managers, Customer Success teams, and internal operations. The challenge was creating workflows that balanced the needs of all parties while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
